This is a three bedroom single family antique home with spacious bedrooms, lush backyard and a full kitchen at your disposal. We offer freshly washed linens, fast wifi, gorgeous patio, home work office and smart TV.

House rules
Please do not smoke inside.
Please follow all safety steps such as closing all doors before leaving and after check out.
Do not share our address. You may not receive mail to our address.
Please take out garbage.
Please leave the house as you found it.
Breaking any house rule will result in a $100 fee.
If you have any concerns about the property you must notify us in good faith 24 hours after checking in. You must then allow us to rectify the issue.
We reserve the right to personally terminate bookings of guests who violate our house rules. Upon check in we will ask to confirm your identification. We will also require you to sign a copy of agreements to ensure guest etiquette and expectations.
Late check out fee is $120.
Events and parties are prohibited.
Guests found in violation of the no-party rule will forfeit the reservation and will be charged $100 per unauthorized guest per night.
The space
The master bedroom is a sizable private room with ample closet space, luminous windows, paneled closet mirror and a mahogany boarded queen sized bed adorned with comfortable linens.
The second room is a charming private room furnished with a mahogany bureau and twin sized bed with comfortable linens. And finally the third room is a pink private room with a fully furnished queen sized bedroom set embellished with diamonds.
Illuminating the room is a 5-light pendant chandelier accompanied by an etched medallion. this is a beautiful historic colonial home and our expectations are high when it comes to customer service, cleanliness and guest experience!

Things to know
Our lovely guests have access to the entire house including a gorgeous patio to see the sunrise, dedicated work space, a smart TV and an entire kitchen with ample cookware!
We will not be on site but please feel free to reach out at any point during your reservation.
If you have questions or concerns about anything during the reservation, you’ve GOT to tell us. Keeping open lines of communication allow us to rectify issues during your stay immediately. We are dedicated to operating with integrity and we expect that of our guests as well.
Neighborhood
The home is a 15 minute walk from the LIRR which takes you into the heart of the city in less than 30 minutes. There is a shopping mall, Green Acres Mall, 15 minute drive away. Lots of Caribbean and American cuisine. 10 minutes from the home on the main road, Merrick Blvd, there are hair and nail salons, grocery stores and more available.
To get to Manhattan and Brooklyn your best bet is the LIRR. When you’re getting your train ticket, download the MTA TrainTime app. You will have access to exact train times, purchase your ticket digitally and more! If you are heading into Brooklyn, we would suggest buying the CityTicket which is cheaper and comes with a transfer to the subway.
