This is a residential area; Please be respectful of our neighbors

Please re-read the house rules before arrival. You’re responsible for abiding by them. Have fun during your stay, the rules are in place for a reason,
and we will enforce them.

-Please respect check-in and check-out times. Additional fees will be charged if you do not check out on time.
-No smoking. $200 smoking fee- If any sign of smoking is present upon your departure you will be charged.
-No parties.
-No loud noise in the unit during your stay. Please note this is a community. It is key that everyone keep noise to the minimum. If your unit is unusually loud and I get complaints from the building security/neighbors, I will have to ask you to leave with no refund. The noise level is particularly important during the "quiet hours", from 10 pm to 8 am.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. We have a lovely dining area for you to enjoy your food.
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that occur doing your stay.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Please do your dishes. Load your dishes in the washer and start it before you check out.
- Please take the trash out before you leave. Not doing so will lead to a $75 fee charged. The dumpster is located in the middle of the community.
- Make sure you avoid any spills on the carpet. Again, please only eat in dining area to avoid stains.
- Your cleaning fee covers the basic cleaning of the unit; it does not cover excessive damage to our towels or sheets or anything inside the apartment so please leave the unit in the condition in which you found it.
-Do not contact main office staff with questions. We handle all questions and concerns ourselves.
