Sweet Retreat near AVL and Black Mountain

Enjoy all the beauty that the lovely mountains have to offer! This pristine home is nestled between Black Mountain and Asheville where you will be moments from hiking, breweries, restaurants, and concert venues including LEAF Festival Grounds at Lake Eden.

Room and bathroom available are upstairs, on a private floor for guests only.

Please no shoes in the house. Smoking allowed outside.

The space

Cozy and inviting private home with upper-level bedroom available (one queen-sized bed). Bedroom includes closet and hangers for storage; extra pillows and blankets are available upon request. Full bathroom on the upper-level floor is exclusively for guests. Owners reside in the first level.

Shared spaces available for use on first floor: cozy living room with indoor fireplace and 56" HDTV; kitchen with coffee-maker, microwave, and refrigerator; laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer; and covered deck in wooded, fenced-in backyard with hot tub, fire pit, and ample seating available.

Things to know

There is no private entrance to the guest space, but the front door opens up directly to the stairs to the upper level.

During your stay, I'll be available as needed. Email, phone calls, or text will be perfectly fine.

Neighborhood

Quiet, tight knit neighborhood, lovely little playground within a short walk from the front door. To get around outside of the neighborhood, an Uber, car, or potentially a bike will be needed.
