All fees are non-refundable. You are provided 2 (two) opportunities to revise your quote. Any revisions or changes after this are subject to a new fee.
Once receiving a quote, it is only valid for 72 hours. You must respond to the initial quote within 3 (three) days of receipt. Failure to do so will deem your quote abandoned and you will need to submit a new inquiry and fee. If you have not received your quote within 3 business days, please check your spam folder.
